Refund policy for bookings
At Tha White Room, we strive to provide exceptional service and accommodate our valued clients to the best of our abilities. In order to maintain an efficient scheduling system and ensure fairness to all clients, we have implemented the following refund policy regarding non-refundable deposits.
Refund Policy Limitations
Please note that this refund policy only applies to the non-refundable deposit for appointments that are canceled or rescheduled with less than 12 hours' notice. Refunds for any other services or payments made beyond the deposit will be subject to separate terms and conditions.
Non-Refundable Deposit
Upon booking an appointment with Tha White Room, a non-refundable deposit will be required to secure the reservation. The deposit amount will be communicated to you during the booking process and may vary depending on the service and duration requested.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring you to cancel or reschedule your recording session. We kindly request that you notify us at least 12 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment if you need to cancel or make changes to your reservation.
List Non-Refundable Deposit Retention
If you fail to provide us with a cancellation notice at least 12 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, the non-refundable deposit will be retained by Tha White Room. This policy applies regardless of the reason for cancellation, including but not limited to personal emergencies, scheduling conflicts, or changes in creative plans.
Rescheduling
In the event that you need to reschedule your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate your request based on our availability. However, please note that the non-refundable deposit will still apply and be carried over to the new appointment time. Rescheduling requests should be made with at least 12 hours' notice.
Exceptions
We understand that there may be exceptional circumstances that prevent you from providing the required 12 hours' notice for cancellation. In such cases, please reach out to us as soon as possible to explain your situation, and we will assess it on a case-by-case basis.
